Overview of Agile Frameworks: Conclusions
Let’s go back over what we’ve discovered.
Remember, choosing the right framework of agile project management will make a world of difference in how well it’s integrated into your company. Some of the main ones are crystal clear, which focuses on the importance of the people on the team; lean, which focuses on streamlining the production process to get rid of waste; and scrum, which focuses on getting work done efficiently in sprints and offers a high level of flexibility.
Choosing the right framework will maximize the value to your company; you’ll be able to reap all of the benefits of moving away from the more inflexible traditional style of management.

Choosing a style of product development that will allow for changes means that obstacles and impediments can be addressed earlier in the project, preventing the escalation of issues along lengthy projects.

A 59 Seconds Agile Book Review
User Stories Applied by Mike Cohn is one of our favourite books on Agile User Stories. Next Mike gives an in depth discussion of who user stories are written for and where to begin when gathering the details for them. The book then discusses acceptance testing user stories, including how to go about specifying these criteria and the responsibilities of the development team and customers during this process.
