What is an Agile Software Development Framework?
Some projects are better suited to different styles of project development. Traditional methods don’t allow for much flexibility in development, which can be important in the quickly changing business world.
Traditional methods also don’t allow for as much customer involvement after the initial contract has been agreed on, limiting the ability of the customer to offer feedback on the deliverables during the development process. This can lead to unrequired and misinterpreted features being developed at great expense.
Traditional methods are not the best fit for every project. The flexibility inherent in the different styles of agile project management allows easy adaptations to be made to the requirements of your project. Choosing the right style of project management will help you make the most out of every development process. Consider your company and cultivate constructive change through the agile values and principles.

User Stories Applied
A 59 Seconds Agile Book Review
User Stories Applied by Mike Cohn is one of our favourite books on Agile User Stories. The book starts with an overview into user stories, and details what a user story is and the different aspects of them. He then discusses how to go about writing a user story, and provides details of the INVEST criteria that can be used to determine if the story is meeting all of its objectives. Next Mike gives an in depth discussion of who user stories are written for and where to begin when gathering the details for them. The book then discusses acceptance testing user stories, including how to go about specifying these criteria and the responsibilities of the development team and customers during this process.
