Initiating an Agile Project for Beginners

The initiation phase of an Agile project is the first phase and is the point in the project where the project foundations are laid and will determine the initial direction which the project will take.  As this is such a critical phase of the project it will have a defining factor in the success of the project.  It is during this phase that the stakeholders are identified and the scrum team is selected. The working environment should also be set during this phase. This involves obtaining the workspace for the development team and preparing it with all of the team’s requirements so that it is ready for them to move into.
